Taijiquan太及拳

Taiji=supreme polarity太及,  quan=punch 拳

Taijiquan means boxing on the great polarity. Here polarity means the continuous alternation of two energies yin and yang.

The concepts of yin and yang are the pillar of chinese culture and philosophy.

It is not easy to define them and their understanding takes place gradually, through the undestrading of the many aspects that characterize them.

Yin e Yang are opposite and interdependent, they have a root in each other and continually transform into each other.

They are not absolute entities but relative to each other.

Thanks to slow and circular rhythm of Taijiquan, there is an improvement in blood circulation, muscles are toned and the mind is freed from thoughts and worries.

Taijiquan and helps to improve creativity and spontaneity, they have to be protected from childhood.

Taiji helps to develop coordination, the perception of our body and the body of others, and the space around us.

During adolescence Taijiquan can be a positive support for physical and psychological changes, typical of this stages of life.
